Kunjungan Sekolah

Berikut Prosedur Kunjungan Sekolah ke Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro :

  1. Pihak Sekolah dapat mengirimkan surat yang ditujukan Dekan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro yang berisikan data lengkap Sekolah, hari berkunjung, jumlah peserta dan contact person yang aktif. Surat permohonan kunjungan dapat dikirim melalui :

    PENGIRIMAN SURAT KUNJUNGAN MAKSIMAL 14 HARI SEBELUM KUNJUNGAN

  2. Pihak Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro akan segera memberikan jawaban terkait permohonan kunjungan. Via surat / email/ Whatapps
  3. Pihak sekolah wajib hadir 15 menitsebelum jadwal berkunjung dan siswa diwajibkan memakai seragam sekolah.
  4. Acara kunjungan SMA/SMK/MA ke Universitas Diponegorotidak dikenakan tarif.
  5. Jadwal kunjungan agar disesuaikan dengan jadwal kunjungan yang sudah ada.
  6. Apabila ada pembatalan kunjungan dari pihak Sekolahmohon untuk segera konfirmasi melalui WhatApps disertai dengan surat.
