Information That Must Be Provided Periodically
Periodic public information includes:

  1. information related to the Public Agency;

  2. information regarding the activities and performance of the related Public Agency;

  3. information regarding financial reports; and/or

  4. other information as regulated by laws and regulations.

 

  1. A list of all Public Information under its authority, excluding exempted information;

  2. Decisions of the Public Agency and their considerations;

  3. All existing policies along with supporting documents;

  4. Project work plans, including estimated annual expenditures of the Public Agency;

  5. Agreements between the Public Agency and third parties;

  6. Information and policies delivered by Public Officials in meetings open to the public;

  7. Work procedures of Public Agency employees related to public services; and/or reports on Public Information access services as regulated by this Law.

 

Information That Must Be Announced Immediately

Immediate information is information that may threaten the livelihood of many people and public order.
