The academic calendar is prepared by the university for one academic year. This calendar includes all activities related to the educational process, starting from the beginning of lectures, examinations, holidays, and extending to non-academic activities such as community service programs (KKN), internships, and graduation ceremonies.

The Rector’s Decree of Diponegoro University Number: 180/UN7.A/HK/III/2025 concerning the Academic Calendar of Diponegoro University for the Academic Year 2025/2026 has been issued as a guideline for the implementation of academic activities within Diponegoro University.
