Laboratorium Sentral FK Undip merupakan laboratorium yang berorientasi pendidikan dan penelitian, yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh civitas akademika FK Undip termasuk fakultas lain di lingkungan Undip. Laboratorium ini juga terbuka untuk melayani kebutuhan masyarakat (pengguna) secara profesional. Laboratorium beralamat di Jl Prof Moeljono S Trastotenojo, Tembalang, Semarang 50275. Laboratorium Sentral berada di kompleks Rumah Sakit Nasional Diponegoro (RSND) persis di samping Fakultas Kedokteran Undip Tembalang, Semarang. Lokasinya berada di paling ujung utara kampus.
