SEMARANG – The Pharmacist Professional Education Program (PSPPA) under the Professional Program of Universitas Diponegoro (Undip) has officially been declared to have met the minimum accreditation requirements set by the Indonesian Accreditation Agency for Higher Education in Health (LAM-PTKes). The decision was stipulated in the Decree of the LAM-PTKes Association Management Board Number 0008/LAM-PTKes/Akr PSB.PTN-BH/Pro/V/2026, issued in Jakarta on May 23, 2026.
The decree was signed by the Chairman of LAM-PTKes, Prof. dr. Usman Chatib Warsa, Sp.MK., PhD, as formal recognition that the Pharmacist Professional Education Program at Universitas Diponegoro has fulfilled the minimum accreditation standards and requirements in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and higher education quality assurance provisions.
The determination was based on the results of the Accreditation Committee Plenary Meeting, as documented in Minutes Number 004/LAM-PTKes/BA PSB.PTN-BH/V/2026 dated May 23, 2026. The assessment process and accreditation recommendation were conducted through the plenary session mechanism of the Accreditation Council, following LAM-PTKes internal regulations governing newly established study programs.

This achievement marks a strategic milestone for Universitas Diponegoro in strengthening its role and contribution to health education. The establishment of the Pharmacist Professional Education Program is expected to support efforts to improve the quality of the healthcare workforce through the delivery of excellent professional education, producing pharmacists who are competent, ethical, and well-prepared to provide high-quality services to the community.
Meeting the minimum accreditation requirements also represents an important milestone in the development of pharmaceutical education at Universitas Diponegoro. Furthermore, it expands the university’s contribution to supporting the advancement of Indonesia’s healthcare sector through the preparation of professional and competitive pharmacists capable of addressing the evolving needs of healthcare services nationwide.
