SEMARANG – The Faculty of Medicine Universitas Diponegoro (FK Undip) held the 2026 Annual Work Meeting of Student Organizations (Ormawa) at the Theatrical Room on Monday (18/5/2026). The event served as a consolidation forum for all student organizations and faculty advisors to formulate and align work programs for the upcoming year.
The meeting was officially opened by the Vice Dean for Academic and Student Affairs of FK Undip, dr. Muflihatul Muniroh, M.Si.Med., Ph.D., who emphasized the importance of collaboration between students and faculty advisors to ensure that all work programs are well-directed, coordinated, and aligned with faculty regulations. Previous evaluations revealed that several activities had not been communicated optimally to faculty advisors, resulting in administrative and implementation challenges during program execution.

The 2026 Ormawa Work Meeting was attended by faculty advisors, the Student Executive Board (BEM) of FK Undip, student associations from various study programs, postgraduate and medical residency student organizations (PPDS), Activity Development Units (UPK), as well as Functional Organizational Bodies (BFO).
The Coordinator of the Student Organization Division of FK Undip, Ns. Nur Hafizhah Widyaningtyas, S.Kep., M.Kep., stated that this year marked the second implementation of the integrated student organization work meeting. According to her, the joint forum aims to unify visions and communication patterns between students and faculty advisors so that each work program can be well-synergized while preventing overlapping activities.
“The main purpose of this coordination meeting is to align perspectives regarding work programs for the upcoming year so that student organizations can collaborate with one another rather than operate independently,” she said.

The forum also included the dissemination of various regulations and guidelines related to student organizations, ranging from the legal foundations of student organizations, proposal preparation mechanisms, consultation procedures with faculty advisors, to the standard operating procedures (SOP) for program implementation.
Students were reminded that all student organization activities must support the vision and mission of FK Undip as well as the university’s Key Performance Indicators (IKU). In addition, work programs are expected to create tangible impacts on academic development, student interests and talents, community service initiatives, and student achievements.
Beyond regulatory discussions, the following session focused on the management of student organization budgets and student delegation funding assistance. During the presentation by the student affairs finance division of FK Undip, participants were also informed about the total allocation of student organization activity funds outside the budget designated for national and international competition assistance.
Students were further briefed on proposal submission procedures, accountability report (SPJ) requirements, delegation funding regulations, and guidelines for the use of organizational funds to ensure orderly and accountable administrative processes.
During the work program presentation session, the Student Executive Board (BEM) of FK Undip outlined several strategic agendas for the current administrative term. The programs include organizational development, community service initiatives, strengthening external relations, expanding information media, and enhancing synergy among student associations.

Several flagship programs presented during the meeting included community service activities, mentoring programs for new students, national and international comparative studies, public health education initiatives, as well as appreciation programs for outstanding students and student organizations.
Through the 2026 Ormawa Work Meeting, FK Undip hopes to establish stronger coordination between students and faculty advisors so that all student organization programs can be implemented effectively, systematically, and contribute positively to the development of the academic environment at FK Undip.
