Monday, May 22nd, 2023. The examination was held in a multipurpose room at Dekanat, A Building, Tembalang. This event was required for the study program accreditation process. This event took place over two days, on Sunday, May 21, and Monday, May 22, 2023. Prof. Dr. dr. H. Djanggan Sargowo, Sp. PD, Sp.JP(K), FIHA, FACC, FCAPC, FESC, FASCC, and Dr. Mohammad Rizki Akbar, M.Kes, Sp.JP(K) were the assessors.
Prof. Dr. Dwi Pudjonarko, M.Kes, Sp.S(K) (Dean Faculty of Medicine Diponegoro University) stated in his introductory address that accreditation is a procedure that must be completed by each study program that want to demonstrate its excellence. He believed that accreditation would demonstrate how study programs handled their students till they graduated and were beneficial to society.
He also expressed gratitude to both Assessors for volunteering their time to capture a “picture” from the Cardiology and Vascular Medicine Study Program. He was hopeful that the event would go well and have a positive outcome.
Prof. Dr. dr. H. Djanggan Sargowo, Sp. PD, Sp.JP(K), FIHA, FACC, FCAPC, FESC, FASCC gave the following opening statement. He stated that he was also an assessor here five years ago. According to him, the Faculty of Medicine is making significant progress toward accreditation based on feedback provided five years ago. “We are grateful to the Dean and his staff for their seriousness in today’s field assessment.”
The event was then concluded by signing and submitting the report, as well as delivering the suggestion to the research program. Following that, everyone participating in accreditation posed for a group photo.
